CORPORATE PROFILE

Ecomate Holdings Berhad (“Ecomate Holdings” or the “the Company”) was incorporated in Malaysia on 11 November 2020 under the Companies Act 2016 as a private limited company. Subsequently, Company was converted to a public limited company on 15 December 2020. The Company was established as a special purpose vehicle to facilitate the listing of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ecomate Sdn. Bhd. (“Ecomate”). Ecomate Holdings had successfully listed its shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) on 8 November 2021, and subsequently transferred to the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 7 July 2023.

Ecomate Holdings through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ecomate is principally engaged in the production of ready-to-assemble (“RTA”) furniture products, where it undertakes design and development, production as well as marketing and sales of living room furniture, bedroom furniture as well as other types of furniture, which may be tailored to our customer’s specifications.

RTA also known as flat pack furniture is a form of furniture that requires customer to assembly. The individual components are packed in cartons together with assembly instructions and hardware accessories for ease of transportation and installation. Ecomate serves a diversified customer base across more than 30 countries comprising distributors, wholesalers, retailers and e-commerce sellers.

On 1 October 2025, the Company expanded its business portfolio through the acquisition of a 60% owned subsidiary, Progressive Computer Systems Sdn. Bhd. (“PCS”), which is principally engaged in the retailing and servicing of computer systems, software and other hardware. This strategic diversification enables the Group to broaden its business presence into the Information and Communications Technology (“ICT”) solutions business, thereby providing the Group with an opportunity to diversify its earnings base.

Presently, the Company’s manufacturing plants are all located in Kawasan Perindustrian Bukit Bakri, Muar, Johor. The close proximity of these facilities enables the Group to enhance administrative coordination and maintain better control over production costs and product quality, resulting in greater operational efficiency, economies of scale, and shorter time-to-market. The Company’s operational footprint has also expanded to Petaling Jaya, Selangor following its diversification into the ICT solution business.
